Contact Form Privacy Notice: Personal data processed by us in connection with a general contact request via email or contact form is stored only as long as necessary for the respective correspondence. For general inquiries sent to us via email or contact form, the corresponding personal data is stored solely for the purpose of that correspondence. No further processing takes place. Personal data processed in connection with a general inquiry via email or contact form is processed based on consent, Article 6 GDPR.
Notice regarding hotel website bookings and data protection: Personal data requested by us in connection with a room booking will only be stored for as long as necessary for processing the contract and any subsequent contract-related correspondence, or, in the case of commercially and/or tax-relevant documents containing personal data, for as long as the statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code require.
